>As you may know, I exhibited at TENT during the London Design Festival last week.

It was a huge success and I secured a number of orders as well as meeting some contacts that may open numerous opportunities in the future. Being on the stand from 10-8pm every day was absolutely exhausting but it was well worth it. A huge thanks to everyone that came to visit me on the stand, and a massive thanks to Liam Treanor, who I was sharing the stand with, for keeping me awake during the long days!

I was really pleased that people challenged me about how sustainable my work is. I can only assume that they were doing this because of the numerous designers/businesses around at the moment who claim to be concerned about sustainability, but actually just use the word to generate sales from an ever growing market of environmentally concerned consumers without actually addressing the issues of sustainability in their products. I hope I answered everyone’s questions convincingly, and I’m pleased that consumers are switched on to the ‘greenwashing’ that goes on so much today.
