General Payment Terms:
All invoices are to be paid within 14 days, unless otherwise arranged in writing. If they are not paid within this time, the items will be retrieved.
Catalogue products.
These products are subject to availability. Every effort is made to maintain a good stock of each product, but in many instances the products may be made to order, so a lead time of more than a week may be necessary.
Coppiced hazel is only harvestable between October and March, so if the year’s supply of hazel sells out, the products become unavailable until the supply can be renewed.
Work will only commence once a deposit has been received, and lead times have been agreed for an order.
Full payment will be required prior to order dispatch.
The design of each catalogue product can be slightly altered to suit a clients requirements, subject to agreement.
Delivery will be by courier unless otherwise agreed, and the listed prices on this website do not include delivery as delivery costs vary.

Bespoke Commissions.
As with catalogue orders, work on commissions will only commence once a deposit has been received, and full payment will be requested upon delivery of the finished article.
An initial quote will be sent once a design has been agreed, and any subsequent changes to the design will alter the price quoted. A new quote and design will be sent to the client and this process will repeat until the client is happy with both the design and price. Then an invoice for the deposit (40% of the total price) will be sent.
All invoices for final payment must be paid within 14 days, or the article will be retrieved.
