Crabtree & Evelyn invited us to design a new approach to beauty retail, putting experience at the heart of a new test space in Islington, London. We created the Crabtree & Evelyn Townhouse concept, made up of warm and welcoming parlour and bright, light garden spaces. Replacing racks of product with an appealing, inviting and understandable domestic setting where people can connect with one another.
